  18.      PMHEXED.EXE
  19.      PMHEXED.HLP
  20.      README.1ST

  22.  PMHEXED.HLP must be in the same directory as PMHEXED.EXE.
  23.  If you rename PMHEXED.EXE you also have to rename PMHEXED.HLP.
